We offer a variety of groups focusing on fitness, health & wellbeing and general self care. Join our linedancing class on a Tuesday afternoon, come along and enjo an alternative therapy for £5 or if you prefer to stay home we have online meditation for you to enjoy!




Katrina takes both the Linedancing & Fitsteps classes on a Tuesday afternoon. None of these require booking just come along and join us. Our linedancing class is suitable for beginners and Fitsteps is a chair based exercise class suitable for all abilities.
Start your week in the best way - a Tai Chi session with Morag. With slow, low impact movements this is a perfect exercise for those who prefer a gentle approach. All welcome - no need to book.
